Custom contract for a corporate dowel wall repair/install in North Loop Green area of downtown Minneapolis. The project required the adjustment of more than 80 dowels in a 130-dowel project, which spanned a 32′ x 9′ wall overlooking a open space and floor to ceiling windows facing Target Field.
The pre-install included the adjustment of twine-wrapped dowel, which included cutting, unwrapping, re-wrapping, touch-up painting and re-studding; along with a repaid of Dreamscape™ graphic wallpaper in the area of the install.
The dowels were permanently installed, completing the last are piece for the two-story business suite.
